Air Flow Mapping Systems
Piezoelectric fog generators producing ultrapure, neutrally buoyant fog from DI or WFI water for cleanroom airflow visualisation to ISO 14644-3 Annex B7. Bench-top units, battery-operated fog pistols, and large-scale nitrogen models.

Remote Active Count Units
316L stainless steel microbial air sampling heads designed for continuous monitoring integration. Impaction-principle sampling onto agar plates supports ISO EN 17141 and EU GMP Annex 1:2022 in Grade A/B cleanrooms, isolators, and RABS.

Surface Scan Probes (SSP) extend Lighthouse Solair and TSI Aerotrak optical counters into dual-purpose airborne and surface contamination tools. Aligned to ISO 14644-9 — built for semiconductor environments where submicron surface particles drive yield.

Aerosol Generators / Dilution Systems
Topas ATM 226/228 generate reproducible test aerosols for HEPA/ULPA leak testing. The DIL 554 dilutes high-concentration aerosols upstream; the FCS 248 supplies stable aerosols for photometer and particle counter calibration.
